Meteotemplate Beta released

After months of preparations and partial script testing, the final version of the Meteotemplate was finally released to the beta testers on 29th June 2015. This version included all the available plugins at that time and was not yet made public.

After correct functioning of the template is confirmed and potential bugs fixed, the plan is to release the first version of Meteotemplate 1.0 publicly.

  1. Oke again I’ve put the template on my local computer accesable by apeldoorn.dds.net (left the h tt p away) it seems the station etc cant be accessed due having a subdomain ?

  2. Tested and tested all over again, no faults whatever. Just trying to figure out in which format i have to upload my WeatherDisplay history because i don’t have any .txt-files uploaded but only NOAA-style files. CU is working, WD is working, and the csv-import is a little tricky but works also…

    Congratulations on your recent successes
I am testing your meteotemplate. For now this has happened:

    – Database created successfully
    – Table “alldata” populated with data WU successfully (unless the values of solar radiation, is in all cases (Null).
    – I try to update the table with Weatherdisplay by “Custom HTTP Get”, but not updated.
    – I try to update the table with “update.bat” without success.
    – When I try to view the page:
       http://kocher.es/meteotemplate/index.php, the following error occurs:

    “PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function convertT () in M: \ webspace \ hostings \ kocher.es \ hosting \ www \ meteotemplate \ index.php on line 14”

I am sure these problems will be solved.
One suggestion that I make, is to fix the import values from Cumulus (currently not working due to the comma (, decimal).

    Congratulations on your excellent work

    • Hi, I just sent you an email, the problem is in the config.php, you must have put a wrong paths there, because those paths you have there are absolute paths on your computer and not the server

  4. I don’t know if it’s just me or if perhaps everybody else experiencing problems with your blog.
It appears like some of the written text within your content are running off the
screen. Can somebody else please provide feedback and let me know if this is happening to them as well?
This may be a issue with my web browser because I’ve had this happen before.
    Many thanks

  5. Getting more impressed the more I use the beta!
Found how to add pages and change drop down menu, and very easy to drop in pages from another template.
