ecowitt plugin and ambient ws-2000

I recently upgraded to the Ambient ws-2000, But have alway been using the ecowitt plugin with the GW-1100 Now I have discovered that the WS-2000 has a custom configuration page that looks very similar to the GW 1100 Page.
If I could elimanate the gw 1100 all togeather it would be great, I tried transfering the path, port etc from the gw1100 to the custom settings in the ws 2000, I tried both in the ecowitt plugin using Ecowitt and Ambient with no luck Any ideas or am I just missing something? I am attaching a screenshot of the ws-1100 config to show its pretty much the same as ecowitt

When I was testing it using Ambient

I GOT THIS ERROR (No idea what file it was trying to create or where)

OR can the Ecowitt Plugin only be used with Ecowitt? With all the Ambient weather Stations out there I would think that data could be sent directly thru AW station to Meteotemplate,,,

Hey, Long time no see.

I'm guessing you'd have to go back to original api.php, apiSetup.php and the various other php files in update folder or re-write the existing ecowitt plugin php to see ambient's output. I have no idea where I put my original files and would have to look.

Well now id like to do it even more as I upgraded the array to a ws-5000 and it updates every few seconds to the console
The 5000 is very fast
I know have the complete ws-5000 with a few of the optional sensors
