RadarsAU, SatelliteAU, ForecastAU and WarningsAU Blocks patched for Australian Users

Hi world!
I have taken the liberty of updating four blocks for Australian users - RadarsAU, SatelliteAU, ForecastAU and WarningsAU. These blocks became dysfunctional mainly due to increased diligence in the Australian Bureau of Meteorology (BOM) web-scraping blocking policies. I know @Jachym is working hard on the general updates to the template, and hope that these 'fixed' blocks will make it to the new release!

As background, I am a hobby programmer and long time user of Meteotemplate. My changes may not be 'professional' and I admit that there are some parts of the integration with the MeeoTemplate environment that I don't understand. Hopefully someone will educate me on the integration issues (and programming stuff) I may have stuffed up! The code is (I hope) well documented for the changes I have made.

These four blocks are working on my site https://www.samfordweather.com, but the testing has been limited to my configuration, so there may be other issues that come up when others use them.

I am very happy to hear of any bugs or issues you are having with these blocks, and will try my best to sort them out.

For ease of tracking, I will post each block as a separate post in this forum - please lodge comments, feedback, requests etc against each block post.
