As Olav mentioned in a different post, it is possible to stream your webcam feed to Youtube and make it available to all users.
It would be nice to have, in the webcam block, the option to open the livestream of the webcam in an overlay window (as we can open googlemaps to see the location of the webcam)
I tried to do a quick and dirty pilot for this feature (but it would be great to have it on the official webcam block) :

Only difference in the settings is that you have to add the url of your live stream and choose the position of the icon :
